Registration and Cancellation policy

  • All class registrations are non-refundable, but if you give us 48 hours’ notice that you are unable to attend, youwill receive a credit note which can then be used for a future class. To cancel and request a credit note please email us through our “Contact Us” page.
  • If you are unable to attend and do not give us 48 hours’ notice, you will not be issued with a credit note or refund but we may be able to book you into another class at our convenience. To notify of your non-attendance, please email us through our “Contact Us” page.
  • If you are booked into an ongoing weekly class and are unable to attend a class, please email us as we may be able to offer you a replacement class in a future course depending on availability. We will try to accommodate your missed class in a future course but this cannot be guaranteed. No refund will be given for missed classes.
  • If at any time you are unable to make it to a class you are welcome to send a friend in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us via email on our “Contact Us” page that you will be sending a friend and please provide their name, telephone number and email address.
  • Pixie Paper Company reserves the right to cancel a class at any time for reasons such as low registration, teacher emergency, or other business reason. In the unlikely event that we voluntarily cancel a class, you will be issued a full refund.
  • In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseeable environmental circumstances, you will receive a credit note to take another class at a later date.
  • Group bookings such as Hens & Baby Shower classes as found under the “Events” Tab are for groups of 6 only. If some people are unable to attend on the day, then no refund will be issued as this is a group booking. In this situation, we recommend sending someone else in their place. If you need to cancel the whole event then we requires 2 full weeks’ notice for a refund. We will refund the whole amount less 10% for administrative charges. If we are only given 1 full weeks’ notice, we will issue you with a credit note for the full amount less 10% for administrative charges to use on a future event or other classes. If we receive less than 1 weeks’ notice, no refund or credit note will be issued. To notify of “change of event”, please email us through our “Contact Us” page.
